What are cookies?
Cookies are small text records stored by a website in a browser. Browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage can serve related purposes.
Current technical inventory
- HTTP cookies: none set by the application source.
- localStorage: hizdan_cookie_consent_v1; provider HIZDAN Technologies; purpose versioned consent storage; strictly necessary; created after a choice; valid for 365 days.
- sessionStorage: not used.
- Third-party scripts or embeds: none.
- Analytics SDKs or cookies: none.
- Advertising or marketing pixels/cookies: none.
Strictly necessary technologies
First-party requests required for core operation and security remain active. The localStorage preference record is necessary to remember and enforce the visitor’s choices and cannot be disabled through the preference centre.
Analytics and advertising categories
Both optional categories are disabled by default and are not preselected. No technology is currently installed in either category; granting a preference does not itself load a tracker. Any future technology must remain inactive until the relevant valid choice exists.
Giving and withdrawing choices
The first-visit banner offers Accept All, Reject Optional, and Preferences with comparable access. The “Cookie Preferences” footer button reopens the interface so choices can be changed or withdrawn. Clearing browser data also removes the record and causes the banner to return.
Retention and review
The record becomes invalid after 365 days. A material policy or schema change will increment the version and request a fresh choice. Production infrastructure, network calls, and storage must be reinventoried after major changes.
