Information we collect
The contact form collects name, company or organisation, email, optional telephone number, selected business area, timeline, and project details. Hosting may generate IP and request logs for security. Cookie preferences are stored in browser localStorage.
Why we use it
We use information to receive and answer inquiries, discuss requested services, manage correspondence, prevent abuse, secure the website, meet applicable legal duties, protect legal rights, and remember preferences. The current site performs no marketing profiling or behavioural advertising.
Contact messages and Gmail SMTP
Once authorised configuration is complete, server-validated messages are sent through TLS-protected Gmail SMTP only to hizdantech@gmail.com. The authenticated sender is fixed to the same mailbox; the validated visitor email is used as Reply-To. SMTP server acceptance does not guarantee final inbox delivery. Live delivery remains pending an authorised app password and an end-to-end test.
Hosting, security, and third parties
The current site uses first-party assets and no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or embedded services. The production host and its logging policy remain unverified. Microsoft 365, authorised technical providers, public authorities, and professional advisers may receive data only where necessary and lawful.
Retention and deletion
Contact and security data must be kept only as long as justified by purpose and law. The company retention schedule awaits approval. The browser preference record becomes invalid after 365 days and can be removed sooner.
International transfers
No definitive transfer statement is made until Microsoft 365 and hosting data locations are verified. Any required safeguard under KVKK Article 9 must be completed before production.
